As my subscribers obviously want to do my workout plans routine. but I’m doing a little tip on this because I’m doing this as a collab with the one and only danielle marie.
And I’m making it a friendly competition between karma.
so this is going to be a fitness routine and some workout plans slash where I work out plus what I wear to work out slash how to lose weight / wise my collar popping up.
I’m never just doing everything fitness because since I just got into fitness about a year ago my subscribers have been requesting a fitness workout plans routine non-stop. and I saw those first for spring break and summertime so it’s a really good idea to start getting in shape now because summer bodies are made and winter ladies let me tell you that but Daniel and I obviously can’t do a normal on to my fitness workout plans routine so if Danielle is known for being very zen with yourself and very into yoga and aerobics and you know simple at home workout plans my subscribers can do pretty much whenever but for me I’m much more intense and I really like to go to a cute little place and do my workout plans and just have fun and have it be my family when I go there and I love enjoying my workout plans and routines but because of that I workout as soul deep studio if my subscribers don’t know it’s old it is I’m sure a lot of my subscribers don’t it’s exactly like soul cycle and my subscribers who don’t know it’s slope cycle is soul cycle is a resume based spin studio the only thing that’s will beat has better then soul cycle other than the fact that I love it more because I go a long time is that so be it also has far so I’m very into spin and bar because that’s cardio and toning I was this article is not sponsored by slowly I just wanted my subscribers to know where I go little bit so cardio is going to help you lose a lot of weight now I also want to backtrack a little bit and also say that I did lose 10 to 15 pounds going to so be and eating healthy I do also give a lot of credit to my diet I do eat plant-based I have no animal products in my diet whatsoever today I’m going to know how to become vegan I did make a article that is on the screen right now and it’s going to be linked down below if you all want to check it out I started working out in addition to changing my diet so I did lose about 10 to 15 pounds this was me before by no means with us fat by no means was i overweight or anything I was just not confident my body I didn’t really like how I look in my clothes I thought I was a little round and I don’t know what I was wearing dresses my stomach which cut out I just didn’t like it and I knew that I was skinny before but I knew that I gained weight when I was in LA that past summer and then to senior year I was I’m gaining weight so the second half of my senior year I flew to change it around and so V is a huge part of that now before anything started going to my studio I did it swing-offs before and that’s because I was a member of LA Fitness oh I was there there’s been classes and I didn’t do it I’m not they’re pretty fun but that’s traditional Vince the traditional spin it looks like this [Music] and then really [Music] now I said when cliff is a little bit exaggerated they’re not always that I’ll show my subscribers cooks from my article as well but it is way more fun the energy way more upbeat you guessed it really fun song where we spend a really fun songs because we dance on the bike so we will spend to Tyga Kanye West chainsmokers enters EDM Beyonce Backstreet Boys it is so much fun also with terrific face spin you tone your body as well as get your cardio in so you can do moves on the bike you can do push ups and crunches between your arms and your abs we also do oblique movements tone our obliques you go on a low bar to tone your butt you obviously put your legs when you’re doing it we do squats on the bike it’s very intense and it’s really fun it’s hard to explain what we do so I’m just going to share some clips of what we do and then you go away [Music] hi today so the answer is very motivational and she’s up on the bike she dances on the ground she also likes shops in your face and gets all up in you so that you make sure that you get it done she pushes you it’s just really really fun I also get a ton of questions what it’s been and how do I get started my subscribers pretty much just saw what’s been was but to get started honestly we have people from all fitness levels coming to Sylvie and it’s really fun and my subscribers work up to where you want to be you know also we have spin little one there since guys are you too and my subscribers want to see what it’s like go to spin 101 class they teach you all the moves on the bike and it’s really easy by no means you have to do that first my first in class I just jumped into it and it’s really easy to get to hang up and sometimes you forget that you’re working out it literally just feels fun and there’s so many songs where you just stop thinking about what you’re doing and just black out your ride and it just it’s amazing and so addicting everyone that starts the spin class love it and it’s addicted to it SoulCycle is this thing right now when any sort of written based article it’s just so much fun I just love it so with toning I need to just go into the gym and with waves and you know do little burnouts and stuff but now this will be is they spent Ambar studio I do bar classes so bar classes is a ballet oh my God my scuba color bar file was a ballet inspired class sign obeisance meaning half down to dance background I don’t have a dance background but bar kick your booty sometimes we wait some time we the resistance bands so that’s really false but that’s pretty much all the equipment that we use it’s really just fatiguing your body to break down the muscle and tearing it to build it back up it is sounds difficult so this is sort of what it looks like this is after a spin and booty clap so this was an entire class based on making your booty better looking oh okay so this is the full body because your arms your abs your butt size back have everything literally every muscle in your body stones the reason I love boxing much is because if I need to turn up quickly let’s go can be a bathing suit by the end of the week literally if I think two or three bar classes it’s that week I’m tone and you can see my muscles coming through yeah I don’t spin about three to four times a week and then I do bar one or two times a week I definitely do bar way less but I said I don’t have to do as much because two of those classes will put my body senior looking good in shape but yeah other than that that’s it so now it’s up to you to decide whose article you like more yeah hers is more acutely
